History
Computer Solutions, Inc, which also does business
as Cost Point Management Services, began in Casper, Wyoming in 1996
with Kevin and Deanna Budack. After having worked in the
construction management field for many years, Kevin developed an
innovative and effective project management software program.
Starting with a small computer operation, he and his wife Deanna
have since translated it into a thriving cost management enterprise
serving numerous oil refineries throughout the continental United
States and employing over 30 people.
